Kawasaki

The Kawasaki L20A is an industrial gas turbine designed for power generation, cogeneration, and combined-cycle applications. It is a single-shaft gas turbine with an axial-flow compressor, combustion system, and multi-stage turbine section, providing approximately 18 MW of output power under ISO conditions. The turbine operates with a pressure ratio of about 18:1, and a turbine speed of around 9,420 rpm. The L20A is designed to operate mainly on natural gas and is used in industrial power plants, combined heat and power systems, and distributed energy applications. Its advanced compressor design, high-temperature turbine materials, cooling technology, and modern control systems provide reliable operation, efficient fuel utilization, and long service life.
