Technology Transfer & Training Program for Hot Gas Path Component Manufacturing

Turbinetech GmbH offers comprehensive technology transfer and training programs for the manufacturing of advanced hot gas path components, based on extensive industry experience and in-depth knowledge of gas turbine technologies. Our structured approach enables customers to develop the necessary capabilities to manufacture, analyze, and qualify complex turbine components according to the highest industry standards.

During the technology transfer process, customer personnel are trained in the complete manufacturing chain of complex hot section components, including turbine vanes, blades, and stator components. The program provides both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, enabling engineers and technicians to understand critical manufacturing processes, evaluate component quality, and analyze complex gas turbine parts with the expertise of experienced specialists.

The training program also includes guidance on Production Part Qualification (PPQ), process parameter definition, and parameter freezing methodologies based on proven industry practices. Furthermore, participants will gain the knowledge required to evaluate manufacturing deviations and prepare professional responses to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Technical Service Requests (TSRs).

The technology transfer program covers the complete manufacturing process, including:

  • Component qualification and validation procedures

As part of the program, selected sets of hot gas path components can be manufactured by the customer's own teams and facilities under the supervision and technical guidance of Turbinetech GmbH specialists.
